Residential Housing

Over the years this office has planned and engineered many tens of thousands of housing units ranging from developments as small as single lots to over 600 lot subdivisions, as well as condominium and apartment projects ranging from as small as fifty units to over 2000 units. We have provided these services throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and as far as Virginia and South Carolina. In recent years we have served our clients in the planning, engineering and obtaining approvals for over 50 affordable housing developments under the Section 40B of the Massachusetts statutes, including all manners of off-site mitigation.
