The Firm

H.W. Moore Associates (HWM) has provided consulting services in Civil, Traffic, Environmental and Land Use engineering for federal, state, municipal and private projects since 1967. The firm is comprised of experienced personnel eager to serve and to perpetuate the high standard of performance and quality that has come to be associated with our name.

In 2018, H.W. Moore Associates joined forces with Hancock Survey Associates, Inc. This strategic collaboration enhances the traditional services provided by HWM with the addition of full service land surveying capabilities as well as wetland and coastal science.
