Services Provided By H. W. Moore Associates, Inc.:

• All civil engineering design and construction documents for all elements of the infrastructure consisting of 2.4 miles of streets, sewers, drainage, water supply, as well as parking, pedestrian ways and outdoor recreation facilities.

Challenging Site Related Issues:

• Retrofitting, maximizing and adjusting existing vs. new utility systems and streets;
• Logistics of planning, demolition and construction of an entirely new system of streets and buildings while accommodating remaining tenants;
• Compressible subsoils.
