A residential development consisting of a seven-story loft style building with 160 residential units on the upper six stories and 15,500 square feet of neighborhood retail space on the ground floor. The building  includes 400 enclosed structured parking spaces on two below grade levels. The 1.5 acre site is located at 1283 Washington Street in the South End neighborhood of Boston,
