Project: 404 Wyman Street, Waltham, MA

A 420,000 square foot, five-level multi-tenant office building with two separate  650 car structured parking garages located in the Hobbs Brook Office Park. Winner of the Judges’ Grand Honor Award from the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
