An 80-acre office park, including peripheral free standing sites totaling over 2 million square feet of building floor area. Also several peripheral projects as identified on plan.

- Master planning of entire park and infrastructure;
- Traffic analysis;
- Subdivision of property;
- Engineering design of all required internal and external street and utility systems;
- Engineering of each individual site plan;
- Preparation and presentation of documents for all site related regulatory approvals, including multiple Chapter 91 licenses.
Challenging Site Related Issues:
- Highly compressible soils of varying depth underlying all areas;
- Flood plain marshland and river proximity with associated constraints and complex regulatory requirements;
- Coordinate with multiple regulatory agencies.
