Project: State Street South, North Quincy, MA

An 80-acre office park, including peripheral free standing sites totaling over  2 million square feet of building floor area. Also several peripheral projects as identified on plan.

Services Provided By H. W. Moore Associates:

  • Master planning of entire park and infrastructure;
  • Traffic analysis;
  •  Subdivision of property;
  • Engineering design of all required internal and external street and utility systems;
  • Engineering of each individual site plan;
  • Preparation and presentation of documents for all site related regulatory approvals, including multiple Chapter 91 licenses.

Challenging Site Related Issues:

  • Highly compressible soils of varying depth underlying all areas;
  • Flood plain marshland and river proximity with associated constraints and complex regulatory requirements;
  • Coordinate with multiple regulatory agencies.
