Project: Acorn Estates at Canton Hills, The Highlands at Canton Meadows, Avalon at Blue Hills

This project involves three residential developments in two towns:

1. Acorn Estates at Canton Hills proposes 25 house lots.
2. The Highlands at Canton Meadows proposes 6 building, 196 units of apartments, and
3. Avalon at Blue Hills consists of 9 building, 276 apartment units, plus a club house.

Roseland Properties Company, AvalonBay Communities

• Master planning of project and infrastructure
• Subdivision of property
• Off-site impact migration engineering including traffic studies, inflow/infiltration migration, water supply improvements, sewer and drainage design
• Environmental Impact Report

Challenging Site Related Issues:

• Multiple gas transmission line easements
• Extensive wetlands
• Endangered species issues
• Complex two town regulatory process
