John Y. MacKinnon
September 25, 1957 – October 20, 2012
John MacKinnon was with us at H.W. Moore Associates for 32 years and was a most loyal, dedicated, competent and highly respected man and engineer. We miss him greatly. We pray that God will give his family the strength to carry on.
